€This price list refers to prices in Euro per apartment per week, that includes:
- weekly linen and towels change
- light, gas, water
Check-in: on Saturdays from 4.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. Check-out: on Saturdays within 10.00 a.m.
A deposit of 100 Euros will be requested as a guarantee against eventual damages (refunded at your departure). City tax to be paid locally.
End of stay cleaning (compulsory) € 70. If the number of guests per apartment is 5 or more, a supplement of € 70 will be requested per person, per week.

CONDITIONS
- This price list refers to prices in Euros per apartment, per week.
- The final price will be confirmed while booking, in relation to the type of apartment and the number of guests.
- A 40% deposit is requested for the reservation.
- The reservation will be considered valid upon the receival of a 40% deposit of the total amount.
- It is compulsory to send a copy of the payment.
- The rest of the total amount will be requested upon the guest’s arrival.
- The 40% deposit will not be refunded, but will be retained as a reimbursement if booking cancellation occurs 15 days before the arrival date.
- Only cash payments will be accepted.
- No charge is requested for children up to three years of age.
- No pets allowed.
